Beijing Xingwei Sport goods Co., Ltd has experienced a lot since its establishment, and made lots of miracles in the billiardstable industry in China. ¡ˇăSTAR¡ˇŔ billardstable was designated to be used for domestic and international professional games and the players have got great achievements in these games.
In 1987,Beijing Star Billiardstable Equipments Factory was established.
In Dec. 1990, Star Billiardstable was approved by China National Sports Committee as the designated billiardstable to be used in the national games.
In 1991, the joint venture company Beijing Xingwei Sport goods Co., Ltd was registered in Beijing.
In 1992,1995,1998, The brand name of ¡ˇăStar¡ˇŔ owned by Beijing Xingwei Sport goods Co., Ltd was appraised by Beijing authority as distinguished brand name and in 1999,it was specified by China National Industrial Bureau and China National Trade Mark Bureau as the famous brand name in China. The company has registered the brand name in 44 countries.
In 1993,1996, in the 11th and 13th Asian billiards tournaments, Star Billiardstable was designated as the only China made Billiardstable to be used in Asian billiards games.
From 1995 to 1997, during the three games of international professional billiards supper challenge ¡ˇăChuangshi Cup¡ˇŔ contests held by WPBSA and China Billiards Association, Star Billiardstable was appointed by WPBSA and China Billiards Association as the only billiardstable used for the international professional games.
In 1995, Beijing Xingwei Sport goods Co., Ltd jointly with Beijing No.4 high school established the first billiards school in China and set up the billiards specialty in the Sports Training Department in Beijing Sports University in 1996, which provided many billiards professional players in China.
In 1997, In international professional ¡ˇăKaiqi Cup¡ˇŔ International Billiards professional tournament, one player got 147 full marks on ¡ˇăSTAR¡ˇŔ billardstable, it proved that the STAR¡ˇŔ billardstable has reached the WPBSA Standard.

In March 2003, China National Star Cup Ranking tournament was held and undertook by China Billiards Association and Beijing Star Sports goods Co., Ltd. In Zhengzhou.
In Nov 2003, China National Star Cup Ranking tournament in Shijiazhuang was sponsored by Beijing Xingwei Sport goods Co., Ltd, the tournament was named by Beijing Xingwei Sport goods Co., Ltd.
In Dec 2003, The first Star Cup Billiards Club Competition was held by Beijing Social Sports Management Center and sponsored by Beijing Xingwei Sport goods Co., Ltd. The competition lasted for 21 days starting from Dec. 5th to 25th 2003 with 65 games in Sierda Billiards Club. |
